The warming and relaxing character of rosemary essential oil is particularly suitable for relieving tension in the muscles. A perfect oil for muscle cramps, muscle pain, joint pain, physical exhaustion and also for skin care. The oil is associated with the element fire and is able to dissipate too much of the element wood, e.g. caused by movement.

Rosemary essential oil is associated with the element of fire. The effect is warming. The fragrance is woody, herbaceous and strongly camphoraceous. The oil is assigned to the top note and evaporates within a few minutes.

Recipe
- 10 drops of rosemary essential oil
- 1 tbsp hazelnut oil
Application
Add 10 drops of hazelnut essential oil to 1 tablespoon of hazelnut oil as a carrier oil for the massage oil and mix well. Before applying the massage oil to the skin, warm it briefly in your hands.
