- 350g cauliflower
- 125g mozzarella
- Pepper
- 80g Parmesan cheese
- Salt
- 100g breadcrumbs
- 1 pinch of turmeric
- 5 tablespoons olive oil
- Thyme
- dried rosemary
- Pepper
- Salt
- 400g tomatoes
- 3 tbsp balsamic cream
- 1 handful of fresh basil
Preparation
- Fire: Pot of boiling water
- Soil: Wash and clean the cauliflower and cook in boiling water for 7 minutes
- Soil: Roughly chop the cauliflower florets with mozzarella,
- Metal: Pepper to taste,
- Water: Parmesan cheese, salt to taste,
- Wood: breadcrumbs and
- Wood: fold in the sauerkraut
- Fire: Mix the turmeric in a bowl.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees (fan oven 180 degrees). - Earth: Grease the baking dish with olive oil. Shape the cauliflower mixture into dumplings and place on the baking tray.
- Metal: thyme, rosemary, pepper and

- Wood: spread sliced tomatoes in between. Bake the dumplings in a hot oven for approx. 20 mins.
- Wood: drizzle the cauliflower dumplings with balsamic cream
