Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 200 g spelt pasta
- 1 l hot water with a sprig of fresh rosemary
- Olive oil
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- Pepper
- Chopped garlic

- 250 g salmon fillet

- 100 ml sour cream
- Cocktail tomatoes
Preparation
Put the salt and spelt pasta in a pan. Add hot water with a sprig of fresh rosemary and cook the pasta until al dente. Drain the water and keep the pasta warm.
Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces. Heat a frying pan over a medium heat, add the olive oil, fry the chopped garlic and ginger and fry the salmon for 3-4 minutes on each side until cooked through. Set aside.
Briefly fry the zucchini slices in the same pan.
Then add all the ingredients to the pan and mix well, add salt to taste, the sour cream and the chopped cocktail tomatoes and simmer again for 2-3 minutes.
