Ingredients

Preparation

  1. Metal: Oat flakes in the pot
  2. Water: add cold water
  3. Wood: splash of lemon juice
  4. Fire: Cocoa
  5. Earth: cane sugar, cinnamon, raisins and hazelnuts
  6. Fire: bring everything to the boil for approx. 5 minutes
  7. Earth: with whipped sweet cream and
  8. Metal: Refine star anise

Other types of nuts, seeds and other types of dried fruit.

The court strengthens the metal element.
To strengthen another element, simply add more ingredients to the circle of 5 elements. The rounds can be repeated as often as you like.
