Preparation

Step 1:
Collect spruce tips (in May, when the branches are freshly sprouting).
Attention:
There are also poisonous conifers such as yew. Please make sure that the collection is really a spruce!

Place the collected tips in a pot of cold water, add a few lemon slices and bring everything to the boil briefly. Leave to infuse overnight.

Step 2:
Process the spruce tip decoction the next day. Add 4 drops of spruce needle essential oil and 2 drops of lemongrass essential oil (please ensure food supplement quality) to the decoction. Juice of 4 freshly squeezed lemons. Add a few basil leaves to the stock and bring everything to the boil again briefly.
Use a sieve to filter out the solid ingredients and add 500 g of gelling sugar to the boiling stock and stir well. As soon as it bubbles, the jelly can be poured into jars and turned upside down to cool.
The jars can be turned again after a short time. This has the effect of protecting the jelly in a vacuum.

This fits:
A freshly baked → Baguette

The dish strengthens the element earth.
To strengthen another element, simply add other ingredients in the circle of the 5 elements, some examples are already mentioned in the preparation. The rounds can be repeated as often as you like.

Bon appetit
