- 2 onions
- 1 Hokkaido pumpkin approx. 800 gr
- 2 potatoes approx. 200 gr
- 1 liter vegetable stock
- 1 garlic clove
- Pepper
- Freshly grated nutmeg
- Salt
- 1/2 bunch parsley
- 1 msp. fenugreek powder
- 50 ml cream

Classic pumpkin soup - a warming treat in fall
This classic pumpkin soup combines the flavors of Hokkaido pumpkin and potato with a spicy note of onion, nutmeg and garlic to create a warming soup, garnished with roasted pumpkin seeds, pumpkin seed oil and sour cream.
The recipe is cooked in the nutritional cycle according to the 5 elements as follows:

Roughly chop the pumpkin, peel and dice the potatoes, dice the onions and finely chop the garlic. Wash and finely chop the parsley.

1st soil: Heat the butter in a pan. Fry the onions in it. Fry the pumpkin and potato pieces briefly and deglaze with vegetable stock.
