Preparation

  1. Metal: Oat flakes in the pot
  2. Water: add cold water
  3. Wood: splash of lemon juice
  4. Fire: Cocoa
  5. Earth: cane sugar, cinnamon, chopped dried apricots and walnuts
  6. Fire: bring everything to the boil for approx. 5 minutes
  7. Earth: refine with sweet cream

The dish strengthens the element earth.
To strengthen another element, simply add more ingredients to the circle of 5 elements. The rounds can be repeated as often as you like.
