Ingredients

Preparation

  1. Wood: Spelt flakes in the pot
  2. Fire: Buckwheat flakes
  3. Earth: brown sugar, cinnamon, hazelnuts and dried fruit (dried plums, figs and dates)
  4. Metal: Oat flakes 
  5. Water: cold water and stir everything well and leave to soak overnight in the fridge

This fits:
Yoghurt made from cow's, goat's or spicy milk (wood element!) or alternative types of yoghurt made from oats, coconut, almonds, soy etc. 

The dish strengthens the element of water.
To strengthen another element, simply add more ingredients to the circle of 5 elements. The rounds can be repeated as often as you like.
