Preparation

Mix the following ingredients in a saucepan to form a batter:

  1. Wood: 100 g wheat or spelt flour
  2. Wood: 1 tablespoon of yeast flakes
  3. Fire: pinch of rose paprika, pinch of turmeric
  4. Soil: 2 eggs
  5. Metal: pinch of pepper
  6. Water: add a little salt and the grated Parmesan cheese
  7. Wood: Fold in bean sprouts and finely chopped parsley
  1. Fire: Heat the pan
  2. Soil: Add olive oil
  3. Metal: fry chopped onions and add grated ginger
  4. Water: and mix with 1 teaspoon of soy sauce
  5. Wood: pour in the sprout dough and bake

This fits:
fresh lamb's lettuce, freshly baked baguette

The dish strengthens the element of wood.
