Ingredients
- Green peas, dried
- Lemon
- 5 juniper berries

Preparation
- Soak 150 g dried peas in plenty of cold water overnight
- Pour away the soaking water and wash the peas thoroughly
- Water: Put the peas in a pan with cold water
- Wood: Add a slice of lemon
- Fire: bring to the boil and add juniper berries
- Earth: Oil
- Metal: add whole peppercorns, bay leaves, finely chopped onion, finely chopped ginger and dried thyme
- Water: add 2 strips of wakame (algae) and simmer the dish over a low heat for 1-2 hours
- Once the peas are soft, remove the ingredients such as juniper berries, lemon slice, peppercorns and bay leaves
